A vehicle program can compress almost everything — except the interconnection request sitting in a utility's work plan. The OEMs that hit their dates are the ones whose construction partner filed early, filed correctly, and tracked the queue weekly in every market at once. That is the job.

We don't need to be taught what a 1,000 V platform requires. Conductor, clearance and pad design that accepts megawatt-class cabinets without a second mobilization — and dual-standard NACS + CCS1 dispensing through the transition.
